Hey Y'all

Hello World!

Well, more like good afternoon (a little past noon). I found a quick break between jucing some OJ/ carrot goodness and studying for Anatomy and Physiology to write this initial post. Woo hoo!
Not sure what I what to come out of this blog, but it will contain recipes, yoga tips and insight to my opinion on STUFF...ha! More to come soon...but for now feel free to follow me on Instagram, Pinterest and here.

I just realized I should totally include my juice recipe. My Grandma used to and still makes this about every morning. I remember not enjoying this at all as a kid, but now I crave it and feel the love Julia (my Grandma) put into making each batch for the kiddos.

 4-5 oranges
6-7  carrots
*You will def need a juicer of any kind; makes about 4 cups
*portion to taste, I enjoy just a little more carrot than orange
